The student's age sets pricing, privacy protections, and student access, so we verify it against the birth certificate. Upload a JPG, PNG, or PDF (up to 8 MB). It is stored privately, never shown publicly, and reviewed only to confirm the name and birth date. Students aged 0–10 get the membership free once age is validated.

Your structured record is never deleted, and you can generate a report containing all stored data, free at any time. If a storage plan lapses, uploaded files are removed after 90 days; the record itself remains permanently.
Every account is verified by a parent card payment — for children under 13 this is the FTC-recognized method of verified parental consent under COPPA. Cards are held by Stripe; we never see the number. For students aged 0–10, a one-time $3 age verification (automated review of the uploaded birth certificate) is valid for 10 years and replaces any subscription.
Your child's life record is yours forever. Files cost us money to store; if you stop, we delete the files. We never delete the record. Artifacts (photos, videos, documents) are deleted 90 days after a storage plan lapses; all structured records remain yours permanently, and you can generate a report containing all stored data, free at any time.
